We have set our strong footholds in designing and engineering heavy duty precision engraver & profiler - model EM3. This heavy duty precision engraver and profiler is used for production work at low operating cost. The engraver being equipped with versatile work table is of great precision and travels longitudinally and transversely. It is controlled by hand wheels calibrated in 0.05 mm. All sliding surfaces of the engraver are hand scraped and the depth of cut is controlled by micrometer dial adjustment on the column which is graduated in thousands of an mm.

2 ½" lettering in height allowed due to 1:1 ratio setting.
Economic and Accurate can be reproduced more economically with the help of pantographic method.

The heavy duty cutter spindle accepts straight shank cutters of 6 mm diameter.
Special collects for taper shank cutters available.

Micrometer adjustment for accurate depth setting.
Direct pressure lever for uniform depth of cut on irregular surfaces activates direct pressure lever, specially on the plastic carrying thickness.

Many an odd-shapped part can be reproduced more economically and with better accuracy by pantographic method. Machining is done from start to finish in one set up from a single master temple-eliminating time consuming set ups and conventional machine tools.
